荣爽

研究员


荣爽,教授,博士生导师,中国科学技术大学公共卫生研究院营养研究中心主任、附属第一医院临床营养科主任。入选湖北省青年拔尖人才,获亚洲营养学会联合会青年领导人奖(FANS Young Nutrition leader Award)、教育部霍英东青年教师奖,兼任中国营养学会营养与神经科学分会副主任委员、中国营养学会营养健康研究院武汉分院院长、中国居民膳食指南和膳食参考摄入量专家组成员。

长期从事营养领域相关研究,近5年主持国家自然科学基金专项项目、面上项目(2项)、科技部重点研发计划子课题、教育部人文社科基金项目等课题20余项。以第一/通讯作者在Journal of the American College of Cardiology、Diabetes Care、Trends in Food Science & Technology、Journal of Cachexia Sarcopenia and Muscle、Neurology、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、American Journal of Clinical Nutrition等期刊发表论文90余篇。参编及修订《中国居民膳食指南》、《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》等营养权威专著,制定营养相关地方标准2项(DB42/T 1939.2-2022、DB42/T 1939.1-2022)、团体标准2项(T/CNSS 016-2022、T/CNSS 019-2023)。获湖北省科学技术进步三等奖(排1)、中国商业联合会服务业科技创新奖二等奖(排1)、中国营养学会科学技术奖特等奖(排14/16)等奖项。 

独立主持中国广场舞人群生活方式与健康老龄化队列(The Lifestyle and Healthy Aging of Chinese Square Dancer Study, ChiCTR2200056477),已完成包括膳食摄入、饮食习惯、生活方式、多维度脑认知功能、睡眠健康、精神心理健康等在内的问卷调查,并进行了脑部/腹部核磁共振、心血管超声、骨密度双能X线、眼科OCT等体格检查。未来,研究拟从遗传和环境交互的视角,系统探索健康老龄化促进方案,为全生命周期的生活方式管理、慢性病防控提供有效策略。

研究兴趣和方向

主要从事营养、生活方式与健康老龄化,尤其是脑健康领域的研究,在神经退行性疾病风险因素识别、营养干预评价、实验机制探索等方面开展以下工作:(1)基于人群队列研究,探索营养、运动、睡眠、社交网络等可干预因素对老年认知功能的影响;结合多组学、核磁影像学等,筛选与认知功能下降、轻度认知障碍、痴呆等相关的早期生物标志物;建立多层次健康评估技术,构建相关疾病发病风险预测模型,早期筛查高危人群。(2)基于以上观察性研究结果和高危人群,开展以营养为主,结合运动、睡眠等生活方式的多元干预研究,阐明营养和其他生活方式在改善认知功能、预防认知功能下降中的作用效果,构建效果显著的多元营养干预策略。(3)基于全生命周期和转基因模型小鼠,研究衰老过程中的关键调控分子机制,揭示有关营养干预改善神经退行性疾病的分子病理机制,为神经退行性疾病的防治提供科学依据。
